This month we were able to fit in a good bit of travel. We attended one of our good friend's wedding out at Rosemont Manor. It was beautiful! It was our first time we were both away from Robert for his bath and bedtime. Thank you Gaby & Papa Laser!
Jen, the beautiful bride! Jen and I worked together at Sanders Corner and we lived together for two years. She was my roommate when I met Rob.
Rollie! (Robb, Holly, Mollie, Rob)
One of my dear friends, Christina. It was so wonderful to have quality time to catch up with her.
We also drove to Albright Friendsgiving in PA hosted at Matt & Rebekah's home. It was Robert's furthest car ride. To break the drive up on the way there we stopped at a Chipotle. Robert had the line smiling as he loved playing with our credit card. He also enjoyed eating bits of our burrito bowls. YUM!
Made it safely to Matt and Rebekah's. They have such a gorgeous view. Not photographed but some fun, pumpkin chunkin' is going on to the right.
Just enjoying the view!
Robert did great on the drive home. Huge shoot out to "crab" for entertaining him for at least 30+ minutes.
Breaking up the drive with a nice stop at Sheetz.
WILZAR Weekend! The weekend after Thanksgiving we met the entire Luzar crew in Charlottesville for our traditional Wilzar (Wilson + Luzar) tradition. The Wilson and Luzar families have done Christmas Eve together for over 20 years. Sadly, we no longer meet on Christmas Eve since the original six kids (Julie, Jonathan, Chris, Kase, Tilly & Mollie) are all grown up with children of their own but do try to all get together whenever we can. Chris and his family live in Flordia but the rest of us all live in Virginia.
It's truly always special all being together. We laugh and share tons of memories. We really are like one big family. 💗

One tradition we have when we all get together is the drawing for the Wilzar Jewels and Wilzar Goblet. Rob was the lucky winner of the goblet and Julie won the jewels! We now get to hold on to the goblet until the next time we're all together. Rob even took it to the UVA & VA Tech football tailgate the next day.
